Healthcare Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your contributions will ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate information to help them navigate their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online pharmacy and telemedicine services.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding pharmacy services and telemedicine appointments, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to meet service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about healthcare products, services, and industry regulations.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the healthcare industry.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
