Portuguese Speaking Healthcare Customer Support Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to medication orders, consultations, service policies, and health-related questions.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Document all customer interactions and ensure follow-up on any outstanding matters.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff to support customer needs.
- Keep customers informed about available services and product offerings.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of services.
- Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
