We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to communicate effectively with Portuguese-speaking clients.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with inquiries related to their accounts, subscription details, billing issues, and service availability. You will also play a key role in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. They must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within subscription or service-oriented industries.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
