Portuguese Customer Service Representative in Telecommunications

We are seeking an enthusiastic Portuguese-speaking customer service professional to join our team in Athens.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Offer exceptional customer service through various communication channels
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times
- Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential
- Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with a positive attitude
- Motivated and able to work effectively in a team
