Telecommunications Customer Service Representative

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to person for our customers in need of assistance with their telecommunications services. In this role, you will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to create a fantastic customer experience. You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills, enabling you to stay ahead of the curve in terms of technological advancements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns about our telecommunications services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a fantastic customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish).
- A warm and friendly demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer service, especially in a telecommunications setting, is a plus.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to help customers.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new culture and lifestyle.
