We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Italian speaking customer service representative to join our team in the telecommunications department of a leading company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide top-notch service to our Italian-speaking clients through various channels.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications industry.

- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency with customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
