Customer Service Representative - Swedish Speaking

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide solutions to their queries. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, as well as experience in customer service and the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing questions, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on our company's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer needs and enhance service quality.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
