Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Representative to join our team. As a Telecommunications Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team where you will provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring they have the best experience with telecommunications products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries about their accounts, service features, billing, and technical support.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products, services, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Document all customer interactions with accuracy for ongoing service assessment and enhancement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
