Nordic Speaking Fashion Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking customers within the Fashion and Apparel Department of our esteemed company.
Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.
- Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and tracking shipments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Promote a positive brand image through professional and friendly customer interactions.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- A keen interest in fashion and a genuine passion for customer service.
