Portuguese Speaking Car Rental Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support and assistance to Portuguese-speaking customers in the car rental industry.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with rental inquiries, bookings, and modifications to ensure a seamless rental experience.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring efficient and satisfactory resolution.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and maintaining comprehensive records within our systems.
- Staying updated on the latest company policies, services, and promotions to offer knowledgeable support.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance overall service quality.
- Promoting a positive and friendly atmosphere for customers to ensure a memorable experience.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or automotive sectors, is preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
- A keen interest in the car rental industry and a desire to assist customers.
