Car Rental Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our car rental team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to clients in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to car rentals.
- Assist customers with the booking process, offering information on vehicle options, pricing, and rental conditions.
- Manage customer queries regarding reservations, cancellations, and modifications professionally and efficiently.
- Handle complaints and feedback, ensuring all customers receive prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car rental policies, promotions, and vehicle availability.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or automotive sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
