Lead Italian Car Rental Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian speaking customer service representative to join our car rental department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for travel and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with car rental inquiries, reservations, and modifications to their bookings.
- Provide detailed information about rental policies, fees, and available car options to ensure customers make informed decisions.
- Manage customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the rental fleet and company offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless process for vehicle pick-up and return.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or car rental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for helping others.
