In our dynamic and supportive environment, you will be the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers, providing top-notch assistance and guidance in navigating their car rental options.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Czech-speaking customers with inquiries related to car rentals, reservations, and services.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle options, pricing, and rental terms.
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay informed about car rental trends and changes in policies.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in customer interaction.
- Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the car rental industry is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of customer interactions effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities to assist and delight customers.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Open to relocating to Athens, Greece and adapting to the local culture.
