About the JobThis role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients in relation to car rentals, utilizing various communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless booking process.
- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients regarding car rentals through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Educate clients about rental policies, available vehicles, and additional services offered by the company.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including coordinating with the fleet management team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's car rental offerings and industry trends.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for cars and a desire to assist customers in their rental experience.
