Car Rental Customer Service Representative Opportunity in Athens, Greece
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers regarding their car rental needs. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assist Italian-speaking customers with their car rental inquiries and reservations.
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and enhance customer experience.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong passion for customer service and helping clients.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the rental or travel industry, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a positive and proactive approach.
