**1.**Station** **Manager** - υπεύθυνο γραφείου για την περιοχή της Κεφαλονιάς (κωδικός αναφοράς #001)
**2.Υπαλλήλους **Front** Desk Agents** για την στελέχωση των γραφείων της στις περιοχές Κεφαλονιά & Πάρο (κωδικός αναφοράς #002)
**1.ΘΕΣΗ **STATION MANAGER**
**Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης **Station** **Manager**
- Έλεγχος και διεκπεραίωση της ομαλής λειτουργίας του σταθμού
- Τήρηση των διαδικασιών
- Έλεγχος και προγραμματισμός παραδόσεων και παραλαβών οχημάτων
- Προγραμματισμός καθημερινής προετοιμασίας των προς παράδοση οχημάτων
- Απάντηση & αποστολή σε καθημερινή βάση reports
- Έλεγχος κρατήσεων
- Έλεγχος ποιοτικής απόδοσης σταθμού
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα** **Station** **Manager**
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Εμπειρία στο Rent a Car
- Εξοικείωση με τις διαδικασίες
- Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (επιπλέον γνώση άλλης ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί)
- Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού ηλ. Υπολογιστή
- Άριστη γνώση προγραμμάτων MS-Office
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες

**2.FRONT DESK AGENT**

- Διαχείριση και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Διεκπεραίωση παραδόσεων / παραλαβών οχημάτων
- Προετοιμασία των προς παράδοση οχημάτων
- Απάντηση & αποστολή σε καθημερινή βάση reports
- Τήρηση της τάξης στους χώρους του γραφείου
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα **Front** **Desk** **Agent**
- Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (επιπλέον γνώση άλλης ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί)
- Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού ηλ. Υπολογιστή
- Άριστη γνώση προγραμμάτων MS-Office
- Κατανόηση των λειτουργιών και συνετή τήρηση των διαδικασιών
