About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Italian-speaking Customer Expert to join our Car Sharing Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers who require assistance with various aspects of our car rental services.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team, developing strong relationships with colleagues and management.
