Italian Speaking Sales Expert

Closing deals and driving sales growth is your passion? Our multicultural team at Concentrix Greece needs a sales expert who can utilize their Italian language skills to engage with business clients. This exciting role will challenge you to provide exceptional customer experiences, manage high-volume sales motions, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a customer-first approach to uncover key business objectives and maximize customer value.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales motions, including regular customer contact via phone, email, video, and social media outreach.
  • Identify alternative points of contact for outreach strategies using tools like Sales Navigator.
  • Prioritize competing workload demands to meet sales targets.
  • Adhere to response-time SLAs and use mandatory sales cadences.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Document prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
  • Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding teams.
  • Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide accurate customer success reports to managers.
  • Partner with colleagues for best-practice sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital sales, engaging directly with business clients.
  • 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in technology or advertising sales.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • Ideal experience gained in new business, customer acquisitions environments.
  • Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer investment.
  • Marketing knowledge gained professionally or educationally.
  • Skilled competitive selling based on strong digital advertising ecosystem knowledge.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to think creatively and tailor messaging to conversations.
  • Ambitious, confident, fearless attitude – a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced start-up environments.
  • Confident using technology and speaking on the phone and Zoom meetings.
  • Salesforce experience or prior exposure to CRM tools.
  • Proven influence and creating urgency.
