Italian-Speaking Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Italian-speaking Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Customer Help Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with antivirus software and protecting their personal data.
About the Role- You will communicate with customers via phone, chat & email to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure full functionality of antivirus protection and troubleshoot common PC, Mac, and mobile issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent a major brand with professionalism and empathy.
- Fluency in Italian and very good communication skills in English.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to install operating systems and necessary software, and familiar with current Anti-Malware and Firewall products.
- Knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android Operating Systems, as well as Firewall, Antivirus products, and Security domain.
