Job Title: Italian Customer Experience Representative
Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Italian-speaking customer experience specialist to provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients. As the voice of our brand, you will deliver world-class support and build lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and systems.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying company values.
- Fluent in Italian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in a customer support or customer experience role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Authorized to work in Greece.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or tech is a plus.
