Italian Speaking Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a great opportunity for an Italian speaking customer support representative in our Subscription Based Services Department. As the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, you will provide exceptional support and guidance related to their subscriptions.
Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while helping to resolve any queries or concerns they may have. If you are fluent in Italian and have a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their subscription services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate clients on service features and assist them in making the most of their subscriptions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and processes.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Ability to address customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
