We are seeking a talented Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join our dynamic team in Greece.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide top-notch support to Italian-speaking clients via multiple channels.
- Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to maintain expertise.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent Italian language skills, with English proficiency required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
