">We are looking for an Italian speaking Customer Support Representative in Athens with a relocation package.
This position involves providing customer service in Italian via telephone, email or chat, as well as using English when necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in Italian via telephone (incoming/outgoing calls), email or chat.
- Use English when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Handle customer complaints by proposing appropriate solutions within the given deadlines.
- Work with other experts to resolve open cases.
- Maintain and update internal systems.
Requirements:
- Level C2 in Italian and intermediate in English (B2) - Mandatory.
- High school diploma - Mandatory.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable.
- Resourceful and stress-resistant personality, able to adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Passport/Identity card from a European country or resident card in Greece.
