Expert Advisor for Digital Camera Support

We are seeking a talented and skilled Italian speaking customer expert to join our team.
As an Italian speaking customer expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email. You will also be responsible for tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills in Italian, as well as good communication skills in English. They will also be tech savvy and solution driven with the ability to think outside the box.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and support. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
