Our team provides customer service to Spanish-speaking customers who need help or have inquiries about:

  • Finding or reserving a ride
  • Starting or ending a car rental
  • Managing their account and balance

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customers' inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Working effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Being positive and proactive, with a desire for continuous improvement processes
  • Providing and maintaining a strong, professional relationship with all customers, always showing empathy
  • Striving towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting customers to achieve a successful outcome to their inquiry

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Spanish communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Great communication and soft skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
