Customer Service Expert for Urban Mobility

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Sharing Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading car rental company, providing easy car-sharing services in urban areas of Europe & North America.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards continuous improvement processes.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers' inquiries via email, chat & phone
- Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective relationships with colleagues and management
- Be proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
- Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers
