Job Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our renowned brands, providing exceptional support to valued customers.

We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Automotive Customer Experts. You will work in an energetic environment, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing various topics including product information, order status, vehicle inquiries, and technical support.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on our diverse portfolio of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
  • Assist customers with locating dealers, navigating our website, and understanding connected services and infotainment features.
  • Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency (verbal and written) in Dutch and very good English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
