We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable customer service professional to join our team as a Transportation Customer Expert. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Handle truck and bus related inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive resolution for the customer.

  • Support customers with truck breakdowns (flat tire, engine failure etc.) by creating cases in our CRM system, identifying customer, vehicle, location, and verifying GOP coverage.

  • Escalate issues to dealers/technicians or 3rd parties if necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

  • De-escalate concerns, propose solutions within set parameters, or refer to 2nd/3rd parties as needed.

  • Answer technical product-related questions, corporate matters, and general information requests from clients.

  • Maintain a customer relationship database and follow up on customer contacts to ensure client retention and loyalty.

  • Provide accurate and helpful responses to incoming calls and emails regarding products, sales, service, and corporate information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of Slovak language.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • A basic understanding of automotive roadside assistance procedures.

  • Work experience with knowledge management systems and research.

  • Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred.

  • Previous experience working in a contact center or managing mail is preferred.
