Transportation Customer Support Specialist

- We're looking for a skilled transportation customer support specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have excellent communication skills in English.
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong command of German language, good communication skills in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of automotive roadside assistance procedures, work experience with knowledge management systems, and information research skills. Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred. Previous experience working in a contact center or managing mail is also an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle truck and bus-related inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Support customers with truck breakdowns by creating cases in the CRM system.
- Contact dealers or technicians for assistance when needed.
- De-escalate concerns and propose solutions within set parameters.
- Answer customer service, technical, and product questions.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on contacts.
