Transportation Customer Service Representative

At our organization, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Transportation Customer Expert.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support customers with issues related to trucks and buses, including breakdowns and other technical concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to resolve customer issues.
- Provide excellent communication skills to de-escalate concerns and propose solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contacts.
- Excellent command of Lithuanian language
- Good communication skills in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures
- Work experience with knowledge management systems and information research
- Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance preferred
- Previous experience working in a contact center or managing mail preferred
- Full relocation support to Greece, including flight tickets and accommodation expenses
