Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences


Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Hungarian
  • Good communication skills in English
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required
  • A basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures
  • Work experience with knowledge management systems and information research
