
Mobility Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries and complaints related to trucks and buses in a case-closed manner.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Supporting customers with truck breakdowns (flat tire, engine failure) by creating appropriate cases in the CRM system after identifying the customer, vehicle, location, and GOP coverage.
- Contacting nearest dealers/technicians or third parties for assistance if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone.
- De-escalating concerns and proposing solutions within set parameters or referring to second/third parties.
- Providing answers to customer service, technical, and product-related questions.
- Maintaining a customer relationship database and following up on customer contacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in Croatian and a good command of English. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of automotive roadside assistance procedures, experience working with knowledge management systems, and information research capabilities.
