ERP Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP technical support specialist to join our team. As an ERP technical support specialist, you will provide second-level support for ERP systems and related network integrations.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage system configurations, and support POS, mobile, and B2B connections to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in ERP or technical support roles, a strong understanding of POS/EFT systems, mobile ERP connectivity, and B2B integrations.

A proficiency in JavaScript scripting and SQL for automation and reporting purposes is also required. Experience with Power BI is preferred.

You will work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, providing excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level technical support for ERP systems and associated network integrations.

  • Troubleshoot and configure POS connections, mobile SFA applications, and B2B client networks.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript to streamline support tasks.

  • Write and execute SQL queries for data reporting and analysis.

  • Support Business Intelligence reporting and assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve escalated issues effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in ERP or technical support roles.

  • Strong understanding of POS/EFT systems, mobile ERP connectivity, and B2B integrations.

  • Proficient in JavaScript scripting and SQL for automation and reporting purposes.

  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
