**Job Title:** Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in designing and managing our financial planning framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Support strategic decision-making at all levels, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with our long-term goals.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure effective financial visibility, planning, and control.
  • Prepare and coordinate our annual budget and mid-year revision processes.
  • Maintain and update our long-term financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
  • Liaise with departments to consolidate inputs, validate assumptions, and support forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support financial oversight.
  • Monitor budget execution and provide insights on deviations, cost drivers, and performance trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business controlling.
  • Prior experience in capital-intensive industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience in infrastructure or airport development projects is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., MIS dashboards).
  • Good working knowledge of financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
