About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to the coordination of architectural studies, material specifications, and procurement documentation. As part of this role, you will support the design and implementation of renovation and construction projects across our hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentation materials using AutoCAD and other design tools
  • Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to refine design concepts and specifications
  • Conduct site visits and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with project standards
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design and planning discussions
  • Research materials, technologies, and trends to enhance architectural design and project outcomes
  • Help maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to documentation standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 0–5 years of professional experience in architectural design or a related role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of other design software will be considered an asset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good command of the English language
  • Willingness to travel for site visits or project needs
  • Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
