Job DescriptionAs a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to address inquiries and concerns regarding electronic products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide top-notch customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist customers with product selections, order processing, and troubleshooting technical problems to ensure seamless service delivery.
Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and service improvement purposes, ensuring that client feedback is valued and acted upon.
Stay up-to-date on the latest product features, promotions, and technological advancements to provide informed assistance and enhance the overall customer experience.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the electronics or technology sector.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
