We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Portuguese speaking professional to join our team as a Customer Support Agent.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with well-known international clients, develop your skills and advance your career in a sunny European capital.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email or chat, using English when necessary.
Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support, handling complaints and working with other experts to resolve open cases.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong resourceful and stress-resistant personality.
You will also be required to maintain and update internal systems, and perform specific tasks depending on the position selected.
Key qualifications include a minimum of C1 level in Portuguese and intermediate level in English (B2), a high school diploma, and relevant experience in customer support.
