Portuguese Speaking E Cigarette Customer Service Specialist

As a Health Department customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Portuguese-speaking customers who use e-cigarette products. You will help them with their inquiries and ensure they receive the best possible service.

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and health-related topics is advantageous.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within health or wellness sectors, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to provide clear and empathetic support to customers.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is beneficial.
