Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused German speaking e-cigarette representative to join our health department team.
Job SummaryThis role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and navigating health-related inquiries about e-cigarette products. As a key member of our team, you will engage with German-speaking customers, provide accurate product information, and assist in troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking customers through various communication channels to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate information on product usage, safety precautions, and health implications associated with e-cigarettes.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and manage returns or exchanges as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support ongoing service enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry standards, health guidelines, and trends regarding e-cigarettes.
- Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service roles, ideally in health or e-commerce sectors.
- Knowledge of e-cigarette products and associated health issues is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
