Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented French-speaking e-cigarette customer support representative to join our team.
You will play a vital role in assisting consumers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best guidance and assistance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide accurate information on product usage, health implications, and safety measures.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to e-cigarette products and health information through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information on product usage, health implications, and safety measures.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and return processes when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve product offerings and customer support.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience in customer support or call center environments.
- Strong understanding of e-cigarette products and their health implications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear guidance to customers.
