We are looking for a skilled Italian-speaking representative to join our dynamic team in the Health Department of our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your language skills and contribute to customers' health and well-being.
As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries about e-cigarette products, providing them with accurate information in Italian, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of e-cigarette products and health-related topics is preferred.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the health or wellness sector, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide friendly, clear, and concise customer support.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Willingness to work in Athens and embrace local culture.
