E-Cigarette Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Health Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking customers via various communication channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing accurate information related to e-cigarette products and health considerations.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as fluency in Finnish and English. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in health or e-commerce, is essential for success in this role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Finnish-speaking customers regarding e-cigarette products and health-related questions.
- Offer clear and accurate information on product usage, safety measures, and health implications.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and facilitate returns or exchanges as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and inform internal strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, health guidelines, and product innovations related to e-cigarettes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in health, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-cigarette products and health considerations is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively.
