Nordic E-Cigarette Customer Service Advisor

We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Health Department in sunny Athens as a Nordic Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative.
This role offers the chance to support valued customers with their inquiries about e-cigarette products while working in a vibrant and culturally rich environment.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries in a friendly tone, and ensuring a positive experience for our Nordic-speaking customers.
To succeed in this position, you'll need fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Experience in customer support, particularly in health or wellness fields, is highly desirable, but not essential. What's more important is your ability to convey information clearly and with empathy, making you an asset to our team.
