Nordic Speaking E-Cigarette Support Specialist

Deliver exceptional customer service as an e-cigarette specialist in our Health Department. Your role will be to provide expert support to Nordic-speaking customers via various channels, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed choices about e-cigarette products and health-related topics.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to address their questions and concerns regarding e-cigarette products and health-related topics.
- Provide accurate product information, including features, usage, and safety measures.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, guiding them through troubleshooting and product returns as needed.
- Document interactions thoroughly to contribute to service improvement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and health guidelines relevant to e-cigarette products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support across all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) as well as English, with strong communication skills in both.
- Experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the e-commerce or health industries.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and health implications is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a desire to help customers with their needs.
