Italian Speaking E-Cigarette Support Specialist

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Health Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their needs regarding e-cigarette products and health insights.
About the RoleThis position involves providing top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to e-cigarette products and health guidance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive accurate and informative responses to their queries.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, as well as experience in customer service roles, preferably in health or e-commerce sectors. A strong understanding of e-cigarette products and associated health considerations is also highly desirable.
