Customer Support Representative - Swedish Speaking e-Cigarette Health Team
This is a unique opportunity to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the health and wellness of our customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting Swedish-speaking customers with their inquiries concerning e-cigarette products and health issues.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries.
- Deliver accurate information about product usage, safety guidelines, and health implications.
- Help troubleshoot customer issues and facilitate returns or exchanges as necessary.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to support service improvements and product development.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, health guidelines, and relevant developments in e-cigarette products.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly in the health or e-commerce sectors, is preferred.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and related health concerns is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
