About the Role

We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Gaming & Esports Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gaming and esports, enjoy engaging with customers in a dynamic environment, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding gaming products and esports services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to game features, account issues, and service policies.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and provide resolutions to enhance the overall gaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage support tickets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and game developers to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, game releases, and esports events to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
  • Gather feedback from the gaming community to contribute to product and service enhancements.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming and esports culture and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and during gaming events as necessary.
