Online Gaming Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Italian speaking customer support representative to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.
This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers across multiple channels, assisting them with their inquiries about games, account management, and promotions. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that they feel valued as part of our gaming community.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients
- Assist customers with their questions about games, account management, and promotions
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow-up
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest games and promotional offers to provide informed assistance
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) and a genuine interest in online gaming. Previous experience in customer support or the iGaming industry is an advantage but not a requirement. Strong communication skills and a friendly personality are essential for this role.
