Portuguese Speaking Gaming Support Professional

Establish a professional relationship with Portuguese-speaking customers to deliver exceptional support in the iGaming sector. Offer assistance via various channels to ensure seamless gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions to maintain a positive gaming experience for clients.
- Support customers with inquiries related to account management, gaming rules, promotions, and transaction issues.
- Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately to track progress and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related problems promptly.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and new product launches.
- Collect customer feedback and utilize it to improve services continuously.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills for effective problem resolution.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
