- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and technical support.

- Accurately document customer interactions to support service excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on the latest products and services.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong desire to assist customers and provide high-quality service.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new culture.
